The Hospitality Services Team Leader role is responsible for developing and maintaining world class client experience for our team members, clients, and guests by providing a memorable experience with our hospitality services. Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and team members.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Leading team to ensure all kitchens and VIP rooms are continuously stocked and clean (i.e. Coke machines, coffee, utensils, snacks, etc.) Coordinating and delegating event setups Performing daily checks on all areas of responsibilityPossesses a passion for exceeding client experienceOrdering stock weekly Maintain stock par levelsManage multiple customer service locations in multiple buildingsParticipate in team meetings where you will need to solicit new ideas, provide feedback, coaching and identify opportunities for development and operational improvementAssist with any other duties requested WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 3+ years’ experience in hospitality services3+ years’ experience supply ordering and adjusting par levels3+ years team leader/supervisor experienceFamiliarity with office and concession supplies is a plusHigh School DiplomaSense of UrgencyExcellent communication skillsClient-focusedAble to lift over 50 poundsAble to operate push cart or hand cart/trolley THE PLACE & THE PERKSReady to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
