Sentara Louise Obici Hospital is now hiring a Supervisor, Patient Care Services for the Intensive Care unit.  The Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care Services plays a key leadership role in the department, supporting the manager in overseeing all patient care activity on their assigned nursing unit(s). They are responsible for ensuring high standards of care, coordinating daily nursing activities, and facilitating communication between medical teams. Assists with the training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
