Team Administrator Job ID 256861 Posted 21-Jan-2026 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative Location(s) Sydney - New South Wales - Australia + **Team Administrator – Building Consultancy & Depreciation** + **Join a global market leader** + **Sydney| Land of the Gadigal people ** CBRE is a global real estate and property services organisation. **The Opportunity** + Experienced Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment to support the Building Consultancy and Depreciation team + Ad hoc diary management and personal assistance to the team lead + Support project delivery by managing documents, setting up, editing, and formatting reports to a high standard. + Sales force – Assisting with lead management and revenue tracking. + Finance support related duties; co-ordinating the processing of invoices, team expenses etc. + Providing general administrative assistance, including proposals, submissions, tender responses, booking travel (accommodation, flights, car rentals), and preparing end-of-month client billing. **About you** + An experienced administrator with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed (experience within the property or large corporate sector preferred) + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships. + Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
