Job Title: Teacher – Infant/Toddler
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday–Friday only)
Overview
We are seeking caring and experienced Infant/Toddler Teachers who are passionate about early childhood development and eager to help children learn through a play-based curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Lead Teacher in delivering a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum aligned with GELDS and DECAL standards.
Promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
Assist with planning and leading small- and whole-group activities.
Supervise children at all times and maintain required ratios.
Support daily routines, including meals, bottles, diapering, toileting/potty training, rest/nap, and indoor/outdoor play.
Document attendance, activities, and child progress using classroom tools.
Maintain positive, professional communication with families and center leadership.

Qualifications
Any one of the following meets the credential requirement:
Valid Georgia Paraprofessional Certificate
Valid CDA (Child Development Associate)
TCC or TCD in Early Childhood Education
AA, AS, AAS, or AAT degree (associate level)
Montessori Diploma (MACTE-accredited program)
BA or BS degree
Georgia PSC Certified Teacher
Pay Range
$10.00–$20.00 per hour, based on region, education, and experience.
