Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities promoting intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth.

Prepare children for kindergarten using our play-based curriculum.

Support daily care routines such as meals, potty training, changing, and nap time.

Maintain open communication with parents and team members via our Classroom Management system.

Oversee classroom operations and guide junior staff.

Assist leadership in classroom and facility management as needed.

Qualifications

18+ with High School Diploma or GED.
