Responsibilities
● Instructional Planning: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons tailored to the needs of each child.
● Collaboration: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
● Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and monitor the progress of children, adjusting instructional strategies and interventions as needed.
● Behavioral Management: Implement behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and communication with parents and other team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Education Pre-K-3 or related field is REQUIRED. Certification REQUIRED: Possession of appropriate PreK-3 teaching certification and/or CEASE certificate. Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents. Patience and Empathy: Patience and empathy are essential qualities when working with young children who have diverse learning needs. Adaptability: The ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet the individual needs of each child. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Company Overview

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
