In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our customers through challenging times, providing on-site assessment, complete estimates and delivering legendary service every step of the way.

As a valued member of our Quebec field Team your work will involve a range of complexities and may include the following accountabilities:
Make an Impact:
Conduct Thorough Investigations: Gather, organize, and verify essential information and documentation from multiple sources to ensure every claim is comprehensively assessed.
On-Site Assessments: Visit customer residences to evaluate losses, draft detailed scopes and estimates, and ensure fair and accurate settlements for sustained damages.
Support Team Goals: Contribute to overall team productivity and achieve performance objectives.
Clear Communication: Provide transparent claims processing guidance, maintain meticulous claim notes, and deliver timely progress updates to all stakeholders.

Field Response: Be prepared to travel across Montreal and the Greater Montreal area, supporting customers and the claims adjuster when they need us most.

What You Need to Succeed
Minimum 3 years of experience residential appraisal.
Strong understanding of building repair methods and the ability to generate accurate estimates.
Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimate-writing software.
Commitment to outstanding customer service, striving to exceed the expectations of both internal and external clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Candidates actively pursuing their AMF licensing and or other relevant continuing education are preferred.
Bilingual (English and French) written and verbal skills are required for Quebec-based applicants.
HAAG certification (reviewer or inspector) or an equivalent course is an asset.
Project management experience is asset.
AMF licensing is considered an asset or willingness to complete it within the first 12 months of employment.
