Individual Tax Preparer - Beverly, MA

Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is seeking a seasonal Tax Preparer to assist with individual income tax filings during the busy tax season. This role involves preparing accurate federal and state returns and supporting clients with documentation and inquiries.

Responsibilities

Prepare individual tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulationsReview and organize supporting documentation and workpapersCommunicate with clients to gather additional information as neededUtilize tax preparation software and maintain accurate digital records

Qualifications

2+ years of experience preparing individual tax returnsFamiliarity with tax preparation software (experience with CCH or similar platforms preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsCPA or Enrolled Agent designation a plus
