New Opening! Tax Preparer – Trust & Estates Specialist

We’re looking for a Tax Preparer with specialized experience in Trust and Estate taxation to help us deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This role offers a hybrid work model with flexibility after training, allowing you to thrive professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, knowledgeable team that prioritizes mentorship, innovation, and a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

Prepare federal and state fiduciary income tax returns, estate tax returns, and related forms.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely filings.Stay current on tax laws and best practices in estate and trust administration.

What You Bring

2 to 5+ years of public accounting tax experience preferred.Strong background working with high-net-worth individuals.Expertise in Forms 1041, 706, and 709.Familiarity with CCH Axcess, Thomson Reuters, or similar tax platforms.Solid understanding of fiduciary accounting and estate/trust tax law.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA or Enrolled Agent designation (preferred but not required).Bilingual skills—especially Spanish—are a plus!
