Our client, _a global technology, software, and engineering compan_ y, is seeking to directly hire a **Tax Manager** to join their team in **St. Louis, MO** . As a Tax Manager, you will be part of the Tax Department supporting various corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Salary Range:** $140-176K Base
**Job Function:**
+ Review and structure corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations to ensure tax efficiency.
+ Coordinate and perform tax due diligence for acquisitions and reverse tax due diligence for divestitures.
+ Manage day-to-day IRS U.S. federal income tax examinations and tax controversies.
+ Investigate and implement strategies to minimize the Company's U.S. tax liabilities.
+ Advise management on tax-related matters and ensure compliance with U.S. federal tax laws.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of five (5) years of concentrated experience in tax management within a multinational corporation or a large law firm.
+ Experience with U.S. international and/or U.S. state tax matters is a plus.
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
+ Preferred: J.D. or graduate degree in Tax with meaningful tax/financial accounting experience.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
