Lead preparation and review of corporate, trust, and individual tax returns Manage tax department workflow, deadlines, and staff assignments across in-office and remote team members Oversee quarterly filings, year-end planning, and compliance cycles for diverse client entities Mentor, train, and supervise tax staff while fostering a culture of quality and accountability Drive technology upgrades and process improvements within the tax department Partner with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives and service offerings Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Maintain high standards of responsiveness and client service for business and high-net-worth clients

Qualifications

Active CPA license 5+ years of public accounting experience with strong corporate and trust/individual tax exposure Proven experience reviewing complex returns and managing engagements Comfortable leading a tax team and improving processes and systems Proficiency with common tax and accounting platforms (e.g., UltraTax, QuickBooks or similar) Based in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis metro area
