Job Title: Tax Coordinator Job Description
As a Tax Coordinator, you will prepare information for the filing of federal, local, and state tax returns and correspond with taxing authorities. You will also handle monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and reporting for each partner.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare information for federal, local, and state tax returns.
+ Correspond with taxing authorities.
+ Manage monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
+ Prepare detailed financial reporting for each partner.
Essential Skills
+ Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
+ Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
+ Proficiency in bookkeeping and reconciliation.
+ Experience in preparing tax returns.
+ Strong customer service orientation.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
+ Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Willingness to work overtime as needed.
+ Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
