Description:
We are seeking a Tax Associate to join a specialized team serving agricultural clients ranging from small family farms to large-scale operations. This is not your typical tax agency role—our work is deeply rooted in farm accounting and requires a strong understanding of the unique financial structures within the agriculture industry.
The ideal candidate will bring experience, initiative, and the ability to hit the ground running. You’ll be responsible for preparing tax returns, conducting tax planning meetings with clients, and managing a high volume of returns based on client size and complexity.

Return Volume Expectations by Experience Level:
0–2 years: 50–109 returns/yearMid-Level: 75–90 returns/year5+ years: 190+ returns/year, $250K+ in revenueExperience Level:Intermediate Level
Open to candidates with 0–5+ years of experience. Compensation will be aligned with experience and return volume.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.40 - $54.80/hr.
