You will collect and analyze operational data, assist in identifying inefficiencies, support problem-solving workshops, and contribute to the implementation of improvement actions across production and business processes. **More about the Junior Management Program:** Junior Management Program (JUMP) is our unique graduate scheme, that aims to develop you into one of our leaders of tomorrow. We like people who aren’t afraid to stand alone, who deal with ambiguity instead of ignoring it and who know how to approach any problem, no matter how difficult. **Your main responsibilities will include:** + You will be responsible for the development and promotion of the IL6S culture, + You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects in the section, + You will identify and analyze deviations and weaknesses in the section, initiate corrective actions, and track results, + You will support the development and training of production teams in IL6S methods to improve processes and reduce losses, + You will support team leaders in achieving the plant targets within the section, + You will be responsible for monthly checks of IL6S KPIs used in the section, ensuring plausibility and up-to-dateness, and informing superiors in case of deviations, + You will actively participate in DMS II and DMS III within the section, + You will closely cooperate with the IL6S Team and Section Managers in the plant, + You will be an active member of the FI Pillar, + You will have successfully completed Yellow Belt training. **What you will bring:** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in process improvement, lean methodologies, root cause analysis, data collection and performance tracking. + BUSINESS ACUMEN and a solid understanding of manufacturing operations, continuous improvement principles. Experience in a production or operational excellence environment is a plus. + LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Continuous Improvement team. + GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. + INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations. **Education:** + Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) & Students of last year (BA & MA), + University courses preferred: Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing), Automation, Mechatronics, Quality Management, Logistics, or related technical fields. **Language requirements:** + Fluent English is required, + Advanced German (minimum B2–C1 level). **Location Flexibility:** The role may require temporary relocation if the second rotation of the program will be assigned to a different factory.
