Mondelēz International Operations assignments are designed for individuals pursuing careers in Engineering and Manufacturing Production/ Operations Management. Our internship assignments focus on practical, value added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization.  This includes:

Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing productionMeeting production schedules in order to achieve business goalsCommunicating effectively with managers, supervisors and employeesLeading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions
