The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior commercial professional to lead key account development and business growth across Iberia. This role blends strategic sales leadership with hands-on customer engagement, offering real ownership of market performance in Spain and Portugal.

As TASKI Key Accounts & Business Development Lead – Iberia, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with strategic customers, driving sustainable growth, and positioning TASKI as the partner of choice in the professional cleaning market.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term customer value, influencing market direction, and making a visible commercial impact within a global organisation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead and execute the commercial strategy for TASKI in Spain and Portugal, with a strong focus on key accounts and business development

Personally manage and grow strategic customer relationships, acting as a trusted commercial partner

Drive new business opportunities, market penetration, and revenue growth across the region

Balance hands-on selling with strategic planning, ensuring strong pipeline health and profitability

Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders on pricing, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic priorities

Represent TASKI in customer meetings, industry events, and high-level commercial discussions

Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, customer value propositions, and market positioning

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in senior B2B sales, key account management, or business development, ideally in a technical or solution-based environment

Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth, revenue, and customer engagement

Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels

Experience working with complex customer organisations and long-term commercial partnerships

Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage

University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Experience in professional cleaning, industrial equipment, or capital goods is beneficial but not essential
