Task Force Director of Sales / Sales Manager (Marriott | CI/TY Experience)
This evergreen Task Force Director of Sales role supports Marriott-branded hotels, providing interim commercial leadership during transitions, openings, or coverage gaps. The role focuses on maintaining sales momentum, managing CI/TY systems, supporting forecasting and reporting, and preserving key account relationships while partnering closely with property and corporate leadership. Ideal candidates bring strong city-market experience, are comfortable stepping into short-term assignments, and can make immediate impact while ensuring continuity across sales, marketing, and revenue functions.
Key Responsibilities

Employment Status & Benefits:
Task Force roles are classified as temporary, full-time positions. Temporary employees are not eligible for medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plans, or bonus programs.
Compensation
Task Force assignments are compensated on a weekly rate basis and paid biweekly or in accordance with the property’s payroll schedule. Compensation is determined based on role level, scope, location, and assignment complexity. The pay range for this position is $1,000–$2,500 per week, depending on assignment level. Actual compensation will be confirmed at the time of assignment.
