This position will be responsible for managing international trade and tariffs related to the business line, preparing and consolidating financial statements, and ensuring accuracy in accounting and reconciliations.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and consolidate financial statements.Ensure accuracy in accounting and reconciliations relating to tariffs.Lead monthly close processes, including journal entries.Utilize SAP and Excel for accounting tasks.Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy.Work cross-functionally with Logistics and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy.Support international trade-related accounting processes, including tariffs, duty tracking, and brokerage cost analysis.Bridge the gap between accounting and logistics.Research accounting standards and regulatory changes impacting financial reporting.Contribute to process improvement initiatives, especially around financial data accuracy and reporting.
Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.3+ years of accounting experience.Proficiency in SAP and Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and sorting).
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environment or logistics preferred.Exposure to international trade, customs, or tariffs preferred.
Work Environment
The position is based on-site at the headquarters in Tampa, requiring in-office presence during standard working hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
