This includes loading materials into machines, troubleshooting machine issues, and conducting quality checks on production parts. You will also be expected to manage routine maintenance and machine setup, such as changing taps and refilling oil, while ensuring safety protocols are followed.ResponsibilitiesOperate up to four tapping machines during an 8-hour shiftTransport and manage chips for oil recyclingClear jams, troubleshoot equipment and restart machines as neededSafely operate a crane to load bins into machine hoppersPerform quality checks using thread gages and go/no-go gagesQualifications and RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentBasic math skills and ability to follow work instructionsAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to oily conditions90-day training periodExperience with fasteners or tapping, and basic measurement tools is a plusBenefits and PerksPay Rate: $18-$22 per hourMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsPaid HolidaysTraining & Career Growth OpportunitiesYour New OrganizationOur client is a leading manufacturer with a commitment to quality and operational efficiency.
