Talent Strategy Consultant
Mercer is looking for candidates to join us as Consultant in the Talent Strategy Practice, based in Milan or Rome.
The Talent Strategy Practice provides advice to a wide range of clients, helping them to develop their HR and Talent programs and practices, as leadership and managerial assessment, performance management processes, coaching and leadership/talent development programs that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.
We are looking for someone to join the Talent Strategy area who could bring their fresh and innovative thinking and experience in designing and delivering client projects, helping them to develop the HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, and organizational designs that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.
What can you expect?
execute project delivery in line with strategic directions given by the managers of the team;
perform analysis and develop client ready reports with minimum guidance and instructions;
learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies;
take part in designing new and innovative projects and solutions in the Human Capital area;
leverage and reinforce expertise in many of our practice areas (Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Engagement, Competences Models, Leadership, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Assessment & Development Center, etc.);
support Senior Colleagues in preparing outputs for our clients and presenting part of the outputs directly to clients;
support Senior Colleague in the development of commercial proposals;
support in developing the business and the intellectual capital of the Talent Strategy Practice.
Requirements:
University Master’s Degree in Economics, Organization, Management, Psychology or similar;
At least 3 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies;
Experience in the consulting business, dealing with clients and working by projects;
Interest and attitude to sell projects and solutions;
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel);
English and Italian proficiency.
