The Talent Sourcer serves as a crucial partner to Talent Acquisition Specialists and is instrumental in supporting the organization's sourcing strategy to attract a high-quality, diverse workforce. This role involves posting job openings, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to determine position requirements and build a hiring plan that addresses both business demand and talent availability.Identify unique and non-traditional talent sources to find qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.Engage with potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.Qualify candidates for the needed skillset and proficiencies for current or potential positions, scheduling phone screens with Talent Acquisition Specialists if candidates meet requirements.Generate leads through direct sourcing methods, including cold calling and job boards.Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, and other methods.Build a talent pipeline or database of passive candidates for departments that do not currently have openings.Perform other job-related functions as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and corporate recruiting.Full cycle recruiting experience.Strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and internal talent acquisition experience in a generalist recruiting role.Ability to support a diverse set of positions, including roles in Supply Chain and Procurement, Sales/Marketing/Revenue management, and entry-level customer service positions.Assertive with strong human resources skills.Knowledge of PeopleSoft.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field of study, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.PHR/SHRM-CP certification is strongly preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role.Prior talent acquisition or recruitment experience is strongly preferred.Experience in sales or a metrics-driven environment is preferred.Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment from Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
