You are excited to contribute to meaningful employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives while developing foundational marketing skills. **About The Role** As part of the Global Marketing team, you will report to the Global Employer Brand Director and support key administrative and operational responsibilities across the Talent Marketing function. This team oversees global employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts—both internally and externally—to attract top talent and strengthen CBRE’s employer brand. In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional Recruitment Marketing Leads and the Global Employer Brand Director to ensure we are effectively using our tools, platforms, and processes to amplify our messaging to prospective and internal talent. **What You’ll Do** + Schedule social media posts in social media management tool + Track status of social media scheduling in project management system; pull live links of posts for record-keeping + Schedule bi-weekly employee advocacy content newsletter + Manage the Glassdoor review response workflow, including generating draft responses using AI and posting approved replies + Build email templates and landing pages in CRM platform + Manage user licenses for employee advocacy platform + Share pre-selected video content with employees via internal communications forum **What You'll Need** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Talent Marketing Intern position is $42,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Talent Marketing Intern is $52,000 annually.
