We are seeking an Talent Management Coordinator to join the new Oliver Wyman hub in Lisbon, within Mercer.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Opportunity:
In the role of a Talent Management Coordinator, you will support key processes within the Talent Management Operations remit with a focus on quality of data and entry into the staffing system (Certinia) as well as keeping high levels of accuracy of information within the system. You will support the team with regular reporting and updates as well as identification of areas for improvement.
You will also support the end to end staffing request and staffing process from pricing and role creation to team confirmation. Additional support on key Talent Operations processes like bio updates, report creation, updating documents and entering key staff data.

We will count on you to:
Staffing System/ Certinia Support
Be an expert in system functionality and reporting
Support Partners and Talent Managers (TMs) in opening roles in Certinia for sold projects
Ensure all sold projects with staffing requests are in the system and up to date
Maintain a high level of quality of data entries in Certinia including regular quality control and clean-up
Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A) to resolve conflicts around revenue recognition and open questions around project codes
Work with the TM team and Controllership on variance analysis and rationale building
Act as liaison between FP&A and TMs to ensure streamlined communication and collaboration
Monitor utilisation, cross check data flow and troubleshoot errors with Analytics team
Track approved investments and ensure they are correctly applied to projects.
Support any required timesheet adjustments
Aid on reporting and data checks
Time Variance reporting – Timesheets vs Staffing Information
Team changes - Affiliation and Majoring tags, Talent Manager Changes
Adhoc requests
Work with Project Set Up, Controllership and FPNA colleagues to ensure all project details are accurate in time for month end, quarter end, and year end.

Support on ensuring updated bios are available and our Degreed and People Seach pages are updated.
Support TMs in ensuring all TM related information and knowledge is properly stored and sharepoint page is updated.
Support on mobility and compliance planning and tracking where needed
Support on any other TM related updates and operations where required
Support on auditing, tracking, following ups and analysis
• Performance Management
Support on auditing, tracking and analysis when necessary
Following up on project reviews for consultants and specialists in Europe
Supporting on mid year and year end evaluation processes
What makes you stand out?
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment.
