What is the Opportunity?

RBC offers an exciting role as a Talent Cycle Consultant, supporting the HR operational activities. In this role, you will be an active contributor to both your individual team, and to the wider HR Operations community. Applying working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments, ensuring employee data is accurate and complete.

What will you do?

Execute a variety of HR processes in support of employee transfers, compensation, leaves and time off.

Use Workday, ServiceNow, and other applications to analyze HR requests to determine the best course of action.

Partner with other HR team members to provide best in class employee experiences.

Ensure employee data is accurate and complete.

Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by asking questions and sharing knowledge and best practices.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

Strong Communication Skills

Detail Oriented

Computer Literacy

Personal Initiative

Nice-to-have:

In-depth working knowledge of Workday and SAP.

Strong excel based skills.
