Responsibilities:
Follow our proven recruiting process to identify, listen to, and place talent in roles that align with their long-term career goals.
Ensure our candidate and employee pipelines are robust and ready to meet the immediate needs of our clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling candidate submittals and providing world-class customer service.
Partner with our Business Development team to grow existing accounts and successfully onboard new clients.
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Reverse Recruiting (Staffing Connect, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed) and Grassroots recruiting for hard-to-fill orders.
Conduct face-to-face interviews focused on empathy, understanding work history, and providing honest career feedback.
Promote job opportunities across social media platforms and job boards.
Ensure all candidate assessments (Microsoft Office, Clerical, etc.) are completed and all interview notes are meticulously documented in our system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with local talent hubs and understanding of labor market trends in Washington County and surrounding areas.

High School

Ability to conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
