We are looking for a **Talent Analytics** **Intern** . During this internship, you will partner with the **Talent Acquisition** team. **You will be involved in:** + Analyze recruitment and workforce data to track metrics such as time-to-fill, internal vs. external hires, pipeline status, application sources, and vacancy trends. + Support talent strategy initiatives by providing insights on workforce planning, retirements, and critical role coverage for the next several years. + Develop dashboards and visual reports (Power BI preferred) to present recruitment trends, talent pipeline metrics, and organizational workforce insights. + Collaborate with TA partners and HR teams to review data, inform hiring strategy, and provide actionable recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness. + Assist with special projects and executive reporting, including HR data analysis, market trend research, and preparing summaries for leadership presentations.
