As a Talent Acquisition Technology Support Specialist within our Global Talent Acquisition Technology & Enablement team, you will provide day-to-day global support for programs and initiatives including global TA technology administration, user support, process optimization and service delivery.

We work collaboratively across global Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Human Resources, and HR Shared Services in support of maximizing TA experience, process, technology, and compliance.

Deliver responsive end-user support for global Talent Acquisition (TA) technology platforms including Workday Recruiting, Phenom CRM, LinkedIn, etc., ensuring seamless service delivery and issue resolution for TA worldwideDrive process optimization by testing new features and supporting technology enhancementsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements to support a culture of integrity and accountabilityEnable the future and efficiency of Talent Acquisition by joining a company passionate about growth and innovation while having a global impactMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree4 years experience as a user, user/process/administration support in Human Capital Management or Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday and/or PhenomLive within commutable distance of the Pune areaAbility to work the US shift in PunePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related concentration4 years experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or TA and HR Shared ServicesExperience working with Recruiting Technologies (Workday and Phenom), preferably in technical support or technical system administrator capacityExperience working with ServiceNow case management technologyPrevious work with US-based companiesExcellent technology/systems aptitude including proficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteProject management experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationshipsExcellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environmentExperience working collaboratively across departments and business functionsSolution oriented and proactive, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsWorking knowledge of US OFCCP compliance requirementsOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging
