This position supports a diverse range of salaried roles and works closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Latin American teams to deliver a seamless, relationship-driven candidate experience.

What You’ll DoManage 22–25 salaried requisitions at a time, with the ability to support 27+ requisitions during peak hiring periodsOwn the full recruitment lifecycle, including:Intake meetings with hiring managersCandidate sourcing and outreachResume review and pre-screeningPresenting qualified candidates to hiring managersParticipating in interview processesSupporting offer development and deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive, engaging experiencePost and manage job openings across internal and external platforms, maintaining accurate data in Workday ATSPartner with HR Shared Services on back ground checks, drug screens, and onboarding activitiesLeverage AI-enabled tools within Workday for candidate ranking and sourcing insightsTrack and report hiring activity using tools such as Power BI, supporting fill-time goals and business leader updatesSupport hiring for corporate teams, U.S. plants, operational roles, and internship programsCollaborate with Latin American teams to ensure global alignment and best practicesAssist with recruitment marketing, job fairs, events, and employer branding initiatives as neededWhat You BringRequired Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday preferredStrong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environmentProven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.85/hr.
