As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will actively support the execution of Retail business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent. You will serve as an account manager, performing full cycle recruitment including candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection. You will collaborate with hiring leaders to create Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment strategies, ensuring an inclusive candidate pipeline. Additionally, you will guide and coach hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to ensure the selection of the right talent.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
