Description
We are looking for an experience full cycle to recruiter to hire a large amount of Field Ops and Customer Experience professionals. This position is needed for 3-4 months, maybe could last longer.
•\tResponsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring for entry-level and professional level roles
•\tCollaborate with the Customer Experience team and HR Business Partners regarding staffing plans and general workforce forecasting
•\tParticipate in career/job fairs and other community events.
•\tPartner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand goals and objectives for hiring both internal and external candidates.
•\tContinuous learning to stay current with recruiting trends, compliance and polices (EEO & OFCCP).
•\tInitiate and execute creative sourcing techniques through internet platforms, community, and professional-based organizations.
•\tThrough collaboration with workforce development support diversity recruiting efforts & other workforce development programs and initiatives.
•\tResponsible for all candidate activity through an applicant tracking system (ATS)
•\tEnsure adherence to all legal compliance requirements in all recruiting and hiring processes

Will work exclusively on Customer Experience positions-primarily the Customer Solutions Rep roles
Collaborate with the current Sr. Recruiter
Must be proficient with MSO
Must have experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
3 years full-cycle recruiting (sourcing/phone screens/in-person interviews/extending offers)
Bachelor’s degree required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
