**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr
**Location: Remote** (must reside within 50 miles of the office in Columbus, OH, Tulsa, OK, or Roanoke, VA)
**Pay Range:** $46hr
**Duration** : 12mo contract to hire
**Candidates** : Only US Citizens or GC Holders
**What's the Job?**
+ Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs.
+ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments to recommend candidates for hire.
+ Utilize traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
+ Manage the internal transfer process and ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
+ Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
+ Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions.
+ Three years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Strong business acumen and consulting/coaching competencies.
