As Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in the Division / Country, managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition for non-management hiring. Reporting into a Talent Acquisition Partner and collaborating closely with the business and People team, you will deliver hands-on hiring support, with a focus on directly sourcing best in class Talent and creating proactive talent pipelines.
You will support the successful delivery of the talent strategy in the Division, driving a proactive approach, engaging diverse talent communities, whilst ensuring a quality candidate and hiring manager experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, positioning CBRE GWS Local as an employer of choice, leveraging our EVP and TA marketing tools, whilst championing our values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As a subject matter expert you will educate, advise & empower hiring managers to make ‘right first time’ hiring decisions and use data and insights to highlight challenges and opportunities, creating winning outcomes.
Key Tasks:
Understand and be compliant with latest legislation including Data Protection and CBRE policies
Develop excellent relationships across stakeholder groups including hiring managers, leaders, the People Team and the wider Talent Acquisition community to support a proactive approach & winning outcomesUtilise Workforce Plans for current and future hiring demandsProvide data & insights and attend meetings as required to help identify trends, challenges and opportunities and drive a proactive approach Ensure compliance with all legal and corporate standards, including Data Protection and Talent Principles.Build a partnership approach with recruitment preferred supply chain to drive agile recruitment solutions.Participate in recruitment initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with the wider TA team.Maintain data accuracy in Avature (ATS), ensuring it remains the source of truth.Provide market insights and competitor intelligence.Drive DE&I objectives by embedding inclusive hiring practices and promoting diverse talent pools.Champion GWS Local’s employer brand, both online and in-person, to attract top talent.Collaborate with hiring managers and People teams to define role requirements and execute efficient hiring strategies.Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate journey from sourcing through offer to Day 1 onboarding.Build and nurture pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates aligned to current and future workforce plans.Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and People Partners, offering insights and data to inform ‘right first time’ hiring decisions.Manage 360 recruitment for non-management vacancies,including sourcing, screening, providing feedback and offer negotiation

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in a support role preferred.
**CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES**

**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, moderately complex correspondence and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write complex reports and prepare standardized correspondence. Ability to modify offer letter language as requested using proper grammar. Ability to respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**
Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, salaries and commissions.
**REASONING ABILITY**
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard and non-standard situations. Requires high level of analytical skills. May refer to established policies and practices to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems. Utilizes existing resources and develops alternative resources.
**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES**
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**
Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
