We are looking for a highly upbeat, result oriented, passionate, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a desire to join a growing team. The person should be a self-starter, adaptable with diligent to detail and able to work with minimal direction. **Essential duties and responsibilities:** The position of **TA Sourcer** is a full-time salaried position and your responsibilities in general will include: + Partners with recruiting team to source, recruit and deliver a short list of qualified job seekers, while ensuring a positive applicant experience. + Ensures the team has a strong diverse talent pipeline both internally and externally to meet the current and anticipated needs of the business. + Engages with the team to ensure a deep understanding of the positions, and the requirements across all key openings. + Sources qualified passive job seekers through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, indeed, networking, referrals, internal network of employees to identify referrals and other creative means. + Engages and connects with potential applicants, offer a high-level of responsiveness and connections to build links, sustain rapport, promote employer brand, and address questions. + Present a shortlist of pre-screened applicants, based on job seeker's skills, experience, qualifications, and supplementary information within each application. + Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support additional needs for Recruiters as needed. + Maintains data integrity and compliance by collecting/inputting data in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). + Coordinate with HR and Resource Specialist to ensure candidate onboarding experience is completed. + Participate in hiring initiatives including job fairs, hiring events, school engagement, DE&I events, veteran hiring, etc. + Travel occasionally to recruiting events; reasonable accommodation will be provided. + Develop and build working relationships with business partners through day to day interactions, either virtually or in person, with plans to meet key partners in the office on occasion. **What You'll Need:** + Must have 1 to 3 years of daily, hands-on experience in sourcing passive candidates, successful engagements, including screening candidates for both qualifications and cultural qualities. + Validated expertise in direct and creative sourcing techniques. + Must have the aim to ensure job openings have appropriate amount of coverage with qualified candidate presented in a timely manner. + Must have attention to details with excellent organization. + Able to operate effectively in a matrix organization within a fast-paced industry, during a period of significant change and growth. + Must display awareness to targeted timelines and the ability to work under pressure prioritizing multiple contending priorities and a demanding workload + Flexible, ability to change direction at any time and be a great teammate.
