To support this mission, Syngenta’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Montevideo, Uruguay. Accountabilities
Ability for RSM facilitation: Provide strategic consultation to align recruitment with business objectives.Strategic Sourcing: Conduct targeted resume searches using various platforms and databases. Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for niche roles and utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and advanced filtering to find qualified candidates.Headhunting and Outreach: Proactively approach potential candidates through professional networks and social media. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates' qualifications against complex job requirements. Use structured phone screen techniques to gauge candidates' proficiency against key requirements.Pipeline Development: Create and maintain talent pools for hard-to-fill and recurring positions.Market Research and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices. Provide insights to the TA team and hiring managers on talent market conditions.Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline status. Generate regular reports on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress.Analyze data to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.QualificationsRequired
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Additional certifications in talent acquisition or sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).Industry Knowledge: Understanding of talent acquisition principles and best practices.Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools. Knowledge of social media platforms and professional networking sites for sourcing.Sourcing Techniques: Advanced Boolean search methods. Understanding of various sourcing channels and their effective use.Interview Techniques: Proficiency in phone screening methods. Familiarity and understanding of competency based interviewing techniques.Data Analysis: Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics. Ability to interpret and present sourcing and hiring data.Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.Additional InformationWhat We Offer
