Talent Acquisition Sourcer Job ID 250545 Posted 08-Jan-2026 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management, People/Human Resources Location(s) Singapore - Singapore **About the Role:** As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying talent as well as maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. **What You'll Do:** + Proactively source and identify talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals. + Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner & Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the positions you are sourcing for + Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across different levels for current and future hiring needs + Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve talent pipelines and recruitment efficiency. + Conduct competitor analysis and talent availability exercise to understand current trends in the industry + Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. **What You'll Need:** + Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields. + Minimum 1 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (Facilities Management recruitment experience is an advantage but not required) + Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders. + Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
