Requirements:
4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years hiring for Employee Benefits domain. Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Good understanding of HR compliance and documentation requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Experience in bulk hiring and conducting drive events. Enthusiastic to implement a variety of human resource programs and drive employee engagement initiatives. Exposure to campus hiring or lateral bulk hiring.
