Talent Acquisition Requisition Specialist (m/f)
Level: ARL8 Working Hours: 2 pm – 10 pm The Talent Acquisition Requisition Specialist is responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of job requisitions within the Talent Acquisition team. This role ensures that all requisitions are accurately created, aligned with organizational needs, and effectively managed throughout the requisition approval process. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from our Kraków office (50%). What the day will look like: This role focuses on driving a smooth, compliant requisition process by partnering with hiring managers and managing requisition data. It also involves implementing improvements that increase efficiency and align with business objectives. Requisition Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job requisitions. Ensure requisitions reflect the organization’s priorities while following company policies and legal requirements. Maintain and update requisition records in Workday and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor the progress of requisitions and ensure timely updates and communication with relevant stakeholders. Work closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless requisition process. Provide training and support to hiring managers on requisition creation and management. Identify opportunities for improving the requisition creation and management process. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on requisition metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Track and report on key performance indicators related to requisition management. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all requisitions are documented accurately and comply with legal and company standards. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Skills and experience that will lead to success: Proven ability to manage processes and coordinate multiple tasks effectively (experience in requisition management or similar administrative/operational work is a plus, but not required). Familiarity with recruitment workflows, Workday, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage; willingness to learn is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with process improvement or optimization methodologies.
