Company Overview
**General Summary:**
The Human Resource Field Recruiter is responsible for executing a full cycle talent acquisition process to hire for Field-Based Maintenance and Asset Protection teams. They are responsible for coordinating recruiting/staffing initiatives and programs, while providing support to their operational partners.
Job Details
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and interviewing quality external candidates for Field-Based Maintenance and Asset Protection Teams including coordinating recruiting/staffing initiatives and programs.
+ Supports Field Leadership Teams and Field HR Manager throughout the hiring and on-boarding process related to training, talent engagement, care and selection, pre-employment screening, and store assignments.
+ Supports staffing needs through collaboration with third-party recruiting teams (i.e., Shaker, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media training, organizing advertising support and coordination of hiring events as needed.
+ Monitors and reports weekly progress on staffing needs, turnover, succession planning and other related issues.
+ Drives retention through training programs and other internal programs to ensure successful transitions for newly hired employees.
+ Performs market visits with Field HR Manager, Field Maintenance Managers/Senior Managers, Asset Protection Managers to support the team’s needs.

+ Strong recruiting skills and ability to identify quality candidates.
+ Strong knowledge of all relevant recruiting processes and employment laws and regulations.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks for timely completion.
+ Excellent understanding of the retail environment.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and employees of all levels.
+ Good computer skills; ability to develop spreadsheets & reports to analyze division staffing needs.
+ Excellent collaboration and consensus building skills.
+ Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for timely completion.
+ Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
+ Track record of success in delivering on KPIs.
Qualifications
**Work Experience &/or Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required (equivalent experience may be substituted).
+ 2–3 years of HR experience preferred, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience ideal. Candidates with relevant internships or demonstrated interest in talent acquisition will also be considered.
