Talent Acquisition Program Manager
**Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Center Recruiting Program Manager, driving Oracle’s Data Center hiring initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our organization’s growth, hiring efficiency, and talent acquisition within our Data Center operations. **Responsibilities** Responsibilities: + Manage and oversee Data Center recruiting programs, focusing on critical hiring initiatives for Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Center teams. + Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit highly skilled talent—including Critical Facilities Engineers, Data Center Technicians, and Operations Personnel—to ensure a robust candidate pipeline. + Plan and execute Data Center recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions, both virtually and in-person. + Partner closely with Data Center Operations leadership teams to understand their hiring needs and provide qualified candidates in a timely manner. + Screen and pre-qualify potential applicants, conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for Data Center roles. + Guide and mentor hiring managers on Data Center recruitment best practices, process efficiency, and evolving talent market trends. + Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new Data Center hires and provide ongoing support throughout their transition. + Analyze recruitment metrics and trends, presenting data-driven insights to continuously improve Data Center hiring strategies. + Stay updated on industry hiring best practices and workforce trends for Data Centers, identifying new opportunities to enhance Oracle’s talent acquisition efforts. Requirements: + A minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a strong focus on technical or operations hiring programs. + Solid understanding of Data Center operations and familiarity with technical/operations workforce requirements. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external talent sources. + Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, with experience managing multiple recruitment initiatives. + Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. + A self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently and drive results. + Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
