Our dedicated teams work across all industries, and support clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to single, iconic buildings. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Facilities Management Team. You will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract and acquire the best talent This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company. **What You’ll Do:** + **Sourcing:** Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. + **Candidate Management:** Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates. + **Account Management:** Build and maintain relationships with client, vendors, and partners to source top talent and negotiate offers; Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to meet their recruitment needs. + **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, business partners, and other departments, to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet timelines; Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the recruitment process and candidate pipeline. + **Events Management:** Organize and coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs, career workshops, and networking sessions, to attract top talent + **Interviews and Offer:** Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role; Collaborate with hiring managers to modify job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment criteria; Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, results, and offers. + **Flexibility** : Ability to work at least 3 times a week at Makati Site. **So, what's in it for you?** + Annual Merit Increase + Performance Bonus + 15 days of sick leave credits (unused sick leave credits convertible to cash) + 15 days of vacation leave credits (unused vacation leave credits will be rolled over the following year) + HMO and Life Insurance on Day 1 + Autonomy in work - We support and reward creators and doers, encourage innovation and an entrepreneurial mind-set. + Inclusivity and Accessibility - We enable, value and embrace diverse perspectives across many dimensions + Safety and Well-Being - You'll be provided with the work environment, resources and tools to feel like your most productive self and offered support for your total wellbeing.
