What You’ll Drive

Manage end-to-end recruitment activitiesAct as a Talent Acquisition Partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring advice, and recruitment strategiesLead and support nationalisation recruitment initiatives in Oman and Saudi Arabia in line with local labor laws and quotasBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needsProactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networkingScreen, shortlist, and interview candidates, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholdersAttend and support interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidatesServe as a BESIX ambassador in the talent market, promoting the company’s culture, values, and career opportunitiesContinuously enhance hiring manager and candidate experience through efficient, transparent, and agile recruitment practicesContribute to and support employer branding initiatives, career events, and market presence in the GCC

Qualifications

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within construction, engineering, or large corporate environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levelsHighly proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong sourcing expertise and ability to build talent pipelines in competitive marketsAbility to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyComfortable working in fast-paced and agile environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of local labor laws and nationalisation programs is a strong advantageWillingness to work from the office on full time bases including Fridays
