This role covers the full recruitment cycle and offers great exposure working with both local and international teams. You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent and representing our employer brand at various career events. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage end-to-end recruitment — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination. + Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities. + Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. + Coordinate university partnerships, career fairs, and other talent outreach activities. + Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. + Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare hiring reports. + Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. + Min 5 years of experience in recruitment. + Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken (able to work with expats). + Detail-oriented, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude. + High maturity.
