**DESCRIPTION** **Talent Acquisition Partner** We are seeking a highly motivated **Talent Acquisition Partner** who is passionate about identifying top talent quickly, efficiently, and strategically. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and competitive drive to fill roles with minimal time-to-fill. The ideal candidate is hungry for targets, energized by hitting and exceeding KPIs, and able to balance high performance with a positive, fun, and collaborative attitude. This position is a 6 month contract with a good possibility of an extension Compensation: $22/hour **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Drive full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience. + Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining exceptional productivity and accuracy. + Leverage advanced sourcing techniques using search engines, social media, job boards, and recruitment technology. + Proactively network, cold-call, and engage passive and active candidates. + Develop a deep understanding of client programs and required candidate profiles. + Promote Mosaic’s brand and value proposition to candidates. + Conduct prescreens, interviews, and candidate presentations to hiring managers. + Maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS. + Respond quickly to urgent hiring needs. + Research and implement new sourcing channels and strategies. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or high-volume preferred). + Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment legislation. + Experience in retail, call center, customer service, sales, door to door or promotions is an asset. + Energetic, outgoing, and confident with strong interpersonal skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication. + Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment platforms. + Highly goal-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. **ABOUT US** Mosaic is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
