\n\t\t\t\t\tReports to: T.A Director\nHours: Monday-Friday, 4 days onsite \n8:00am-5:00pm\nonsite in Middletown, CT\n\nResponsibilities\nManage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.\nDevelop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies to reduce vacancies and improve time‑to‑fill.\nEngage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social media, to strengthen talent pipelines.\nNavigate fast‑paced, dynamic environments and adjust recruitment priorities as needed.\nQuickly learn and develop expertise in specialized hiring areas within the healthcare space.\nCommunicate professionally and effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.\nPrioritize, multitask, and maintain strong follow‑up practices to keep processes moving efficiently.\nStay organized while balancing multiple competing deadlines.\nApply strong problem‑solving abilities to address challenges and support continuous improvement in recruiting practices.

\n\t\t\t\t\tMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.\nAt least three years of progressive full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a healthcare environment; five years of equivalent experience may substitute for the educational requirement.\nKnowledge of modern recruiting tools, including social media platforms and online job boards.\nStrong technical aptitude with proficiency in commonly used software applications.\nAbility to work effectively in fast‑paced, evolving settings and adapt to shifting priorities.\nDemonstrated capacity to quickly learn and develop expertise in specialized healthcare recruitment areas.\nHighly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nProven follow‑through, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.\nStrong problem‑solving abilities and comfort working under pressure.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
