It's the perfect role for someone who is looking for their next step in a management role, whilst maintaining an operational book of work. **The Team:** You will be part of a Western Europe + Israel team of 11 talented Talent Acquisition professionals. This role will report into the Talent Acquisition Leader for WE&I who is based in London, UK and will and will have 1-2 direct reports. Being part of a global team, this role will work closely to support exciting projects aimed at simplifying and streamlining our systems and processes for the team to add value to bring the best talent into our organisation. Quality process equals quality hires! **What you'll do:** + Manage between 12-25 job requisitions across all levels (Management roles and blue collar Technical roles). + Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment including attracting candidates, sourcing, screening and partnering with the hiring manager to enable them to make the best hiring outcomes. + Offer recruitment strategy solutions to the business and TA Leader – WE&I on risks to recruitment. + Manage the marketing and talent attraction strategy for Israel. + Collaborate with the European team on projects designed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our recruitment processes. For example, moving from two to one recruitment system, ensuring managers are self-serving using our Talent Acquisition system. + Develop and implement innovative sourcing and attraction strategies to attract diverse talent to develop strong candidate pipelines. + Using our workforce plan and forecast to proactively map candidates, develop strong talent pools. + Monitor key recruitment metrics and use data to take the right approach to improve hiring practices. For example. Dispositioning candidates through the process in a timely manner, managing aging requisitions, working with senior leaders on recruitment tied to client wins. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices and innovative ideas with your peers across Europe. + Provides weekly and monthly TA activity reports to the Managing Director and leadership team. + Coach, manage and guide the direct reports locally to ensure they are aligned to our goals and business priorities. **What you'll need:** This pivotal role is a great opportunity to take full ownership and accountability to optimise.
