**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a **Talent Acquisition Partner** and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. In this role, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts while also leveraging strong sourcing strategies to build high‑quality talent pipelines. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and help strengthen our employer brand in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we bring great talent into the organization.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake meetings and job posting through offer extension and onboarding coordination.
+ Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent.
+ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill positions.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on market trends, and guide them through the selection process.
+ Deliver a positive and timely candidate experience through consistent communication and thoughtful engagement.
+ Leverage recruiting tools, platforms, and technology to optimize hiring efficiency and quality.
+ Contribute to employer branding efforts, including creating or supporting recruitment content and campaigns.
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and adopt new technologies that enhance recruitment outcomes.
**Education requirement:**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree required.
**Language:** Advanced English proficiency.
**What skills you will have:**
**Recruitment Channel Management:**
+ **Strong experience managing end** **‑** **to** **‑** **end hiring processes** across various role types.
+ Skilled at conducting intake meetings, aligning hiring criteria, and advising hiring managers.
+ Ability to drive the selection process, including interview scheduling, debriefs, and offer recommendations.
+ Deep understanding of compliance, internal policies, and documentation requirements throughout the hiring process.
**Sourcing Candidates:**
+ **Proficient in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques** to uncover passive talent.
+ Experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and market intelligence tools to target the right candidates.
+ Ability to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
**Candidate Screening:**
+ **Strong phone and virtual interviewing skills** to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
+ Familiarity with competency‑based interviewing and other structured evaluation methods.
+ Support data‑driven hiring decisions through interview feedback, assessments, and structured notes.
**Customer & Market Focus:**
+ Act as a trusted **recruitment advisor** to hiring leaders.
+ Understand labor market trends to guide strategy and hiring timelines.
+ Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organization in a positive, compelling manner.
+ Committed to delivering a high‑quality candidate experience and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
**Workforce Analytics:**
+ Proficient with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and CRM tools to manage workflows and talent pipelines.
+ Ability to track key recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
+ Comfortable with **technology adoption** and continuous **process improvement** .
**Top candidates will also have:**
+ Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates, building strong, long-term talent pipelines that support future hiring needs.
+ Highly proficient in Workday, leveraging its full capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance recruitment efficiency.
+ Skilled in using metrics and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies, improve time-to-fill, and elevate overall performance.
**Additional Information:**
+ The role is primarily based at Santa Catarina Facility but requires flexibility to travel and rotate across multiple plants in Mexico, ensuring operational support wherever needed.
+ On-site, Monday through Friday.
+ Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.
+ This position may require up to 5% travel.
