Zebra Technologies Brno is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA TA team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the region.
We offer a contract for 1 year with the possibility of extension (Maternity Cover)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.Collaborates with hiring managers on recruitment and identifying ideal candidateUtilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates.Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualificationsCreating compelling job descriptionsEnsure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provides support to senior members as assigned
Qualifications:
We are looking for motivated individual who wants to continue their career in recruitment. For this role we are looking for candidates with:
Advanced level of English language – written and spoken (used on daily bases)Previous experience in recruitmentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsExcellent communication skills and time managementStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a team and individuallyBenefits
