As a member of this team, you will be responsible forleading and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations through strategic workforce planning, innovative sourcing methodologies, recruitment process optimization, continuous expansion of attraction channels, and cross-functional partnership with business leaders and HR teams to attract, assess and secure top talent that aligns with organizational culture and drives business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and measurable recruitment outcomes.
**Essential Functions:** ** **
+ Talent Acquisition Strategy Development.
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies through market analysis, workforce planning, employer branding initiatives, continuous expansion of attraction channels, and alignment with business unit leaders to ensure proactive talent pipeline development that meets current and future organizational needs while maintaining competitive advantage in talent markets.
+ Strategic sourcing, channel expansion & pipeline development.
Design, implement, and continuously expand innovative sourcing strategies across multiple and emerging channels through direct sourcing, social media recruitment, university partnerships, recruitment marketing, networking events, passive candidate engagement, job boards optimization, employee referral programs, and identification of new attraction sources to build robust and diverse talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, reduce dependency on external agencies, and maintain competitive edge in talent attraction.
+ Recruitment process management & optimization.
Oversee and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process through implementation of best practices, standardized workflows, ATS/HRIS utilization, continuous process improvement initiatives, and compliance with all employment laws and regulations to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes that reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality metrics, and mitigate legal risks.
+ Talent Acquisition Team Leadership
Lead, develop, and inspire the talent acquisition team through clear goal setting, performance management, coaching, training, and fostering a high-performance culture to ensure team capability, engagement, and delivery of recruitment objectives while building bench strength and succession planning.
+ Stakeholder partnership, consultation & Job architecture alignment.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor while reviewing, updating, and calibrating job descriptions and position requirements across the organization through needs assessment, market insights, candidate evaluation guidance, collaboration with HR Business Partners, operational needs analysis, market benchmarking, and regular position audits to align talent acquisition activities with business strategy, ensure job descriptions accurately reflect evolving business requirements, support effective recruitment and selection, and enable informed hiring decisions.
+ Early career & trainee program development.
Design, implement and continuously evolve the organization's trainee and early career programs through university partnerships, program structure optimization, participant selection and development, performance tracking, and conversion strategy execution to build a sustainable talent pipeline of future leaders, generate operational capacity, reduce hiring costs, and strengthen employer brand in academic institutions while creating measurable business value.
+ Employer Branding, Candidate Experience & DEI in Hiring.
Champion employer branding initiatives, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition through employment value proposition (EVP) development, candidate journey optimization, communication excellence, inclusive sourcing strategies, bias-free selection processes, diverse interview panels, and partnership with DEI leadership to position the organization as an employer of choice, improve offer acceptance rates, build a diverse workforce that reflects organizational values, and enhance organizational reputation in talent markets.
+ Recruitment metrics, analytics & reporting.
Establish, monitor and report on talent acquisition KPIs, SLAs and analytics through data collection, dashboard development, trend analysis and actionable insights generation to demonstrate recruitment ROI, identify improvement opportunities, support data-driven decision making and ensure continuous enhancement of TA effectiveness.
+ Vendor & budget management.
Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors an control talent acquisition budget through vendor selection, performance monitoring, contract negotiation, cost analysis and budget forecasting to optimize recruitment spend, ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain quality service delivery while achieving budgetary targets.
+ Cross-functional collaboration & strategic projects.
Lead and participate in cross-functional HR and business initiatives through project management, change management support, process integration, technology implementation and strategic workforce planning initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness, support business transformation, ensure alignment between talent acquisition and broader organizational goals and contribute to enterprise-wide people strategy execution.

**Qualifications:**
**** **Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required.
+ Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition Manager or similar positions.
+ Minimum 7 years of TA experience.
+ Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruitment methodologies.
+ Advanced proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
+ Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
+ Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
+ Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
+ Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
+ CompuTrabajo knowledge.
+ Linkedin Recruiter knowledge.
+ Knowledge and experience in DMC Operations preferred.
