This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end hiring strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong partnerships with business leaders to attract top talent. The TA Lead will manage a team of recruiters, optimize processes, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience. **Key Responsibilities** + Strategic Leadership + Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for SEA. + Partner with regional and global stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning. + Operational Excellence + Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all SEA countries, ensuring timely and quality hires. + Drive process consistency, compliance, and data integrity across systems (Workday, Avature). + Team Management + Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets. + Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets. + Stakeholder Engagement + Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and talent solutions. + Manage agency relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality. + Employer Branding + Champion employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs to strengthen talent pipelines. + Metrics & Reporting + Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics. + Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. + 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. + Proven track record in managing regional recruitment across multiple countries. + Strong knowledge of SEA talent markets and recruitment best practices. + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Proficiency in recruitment systems (Workday, Avature) and data-driven decision-making. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
