As an integral part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will be responsible for collaborating with HR and business unit leaders to support and deliver multi-tiered strategies to achieve our talent objectives. 


In collaboration with Corporate and Business leaders, you will leverage your business acumen, leadership abilities, and consultative problem-solving skills to effectively drive the following key responsibilities:

Manage a team of recruiters and balancing leadership responsibilities with carrying your own active requisition load.Lead the recruitment of strategic hires across the region in which you are based, overseeing the full-cycle process.Confirm and oversee key performance indicators, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing innovative solutions to address unexpected challenges or evolving business needs.Leverage data to monitor the performance & capacity of your team.Act as the primary TA point-of-contact for executives in segments of the business, and work to attain a thorough understanding of their business to ensure we are consistently advising high quality solutions.Autonomously manage highly visible projects and initiatives.Collaborate with the local procurement leader to support the selection of recruiting agency vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and procurement standards.Serve as the sole point of contact for recruiting agency relationships and communications; streamlining the process to provide a better experience for our hiring managers.Establish and maintain agency use metrics, data, and reporting, with the objective of reducing agency spend through streamlined processes.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of recruiting experience or related, with a minimum of 1 year directly managing a team.Prior Workday ATS experience is a plusExtensive experience in recruiting for senior-level and strategic roles, with a strong background in sourcing and headhunting. This includes identifying and engaging top talent through various channels such as professional networks, social media, industry events, and direct outreach, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.Proven experience in managing recruiting agencies, including their selection, performance evaluation, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Demonstrated expertise in managing data and metrics, with a proactive approach to ensuring successful outcomes.Experience in a high-performing, modern, and integrated talent acquisition function; If you have experience working in a rapidly transforming operation, that is preferred.Demonstrated executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and partner with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple urgent deliverables effectively.Willingness to be on-call and/or attend select calls across global time zones and travel up to 10%
